PayHOA migration guide

Outgrow PayHOA's limited accounting tools and move to a complete governance platform.

Export your residents, ledgers, and documents from PayHOA, then import them into Civic Quarters with pre-mapped columns and AI-assisted duplicate detection.

Why boards leave PayHOA

01

Accounting is basic and reporting can feel restrictive for active boards.

02

There is no AI assistant for resident questions about CC&Rs or bylaws.

03

Vendor management lacks a dedicated portal and automatic dispatch.
