What to export from TownSq

Resident directory
- 1Sign in to your TownSq admin portal as a community manager.
- 2Navigate to Reports → Resident Directory (sometimes labeled Resident List or Directory).
- 3Choose CSV format and include all columns: unit, owner name, email, phone, and mailing address.
- 4Download and save the file as townsq-residents.csv.
Dues and balances
- 1Go to Reports → Financial Summary or Accounts Receivable.
- 2Export the current owner balance report as CSV or XLSX.
- 3Include unit number, owner name, current balance, and any late fees.
- 4Download as townsq-balances.xlsx.
Governing documents
